REGISTRATION POLICY

ACPA accepts online and group registrations. Online registration is available through February 4, 2026. After this date, the registration may only be completed on-site, and additional fees apply.

Group Registrations:

Complete the registration form to request the template document and additional instructions. All fields must be completed to process the group registration. Registration fees are assessed by the date the complete registration template form is received.

Group registrations are accepted through January 5, 2026.

ACPA has a contracted rate available through January 18, 2026, or until the block is filled. Book using the discount rate here! 

Hotel check-in is available at 4:00PM | Check out at 12:00PM

Additional hotels within a short walking distance are available in the area.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations received by Monday, January 5th, less a $50.00 administrative fee.

After January 5th, a 30% refund will be available for cancellations, including no-shows.

All cancellations must be requested via email to pipeschool@concretepipe.org,  refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow 45 days for check refunds.

Registrations may be transferred within organizations only. Please email pipeschool@concretepipe.org to request a registration transfer.

About Pipe School

Pipe School is the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA)’s annual event where members, DOTs, consulting engineers, subject matter experts, and other industry personnel get together to discuss, learn, and engage with one another.  The school advances the industry by teaching classes on production, advanced production, and quality, while engaging with industry stakeholders to ensure that they are provided with information vital to their decision making process.
