Notice of Attendee Liability and Assumption of Risk
The ACPA is excited to welcome you as an attendee to Pipe School 2022. As an attendee at the event, you agree and assume all risks and responsibilities for any injury, illness, damage or loss that may result from your attendance. Specifically regarding the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendees acknowledge the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection by attending the ACPA event, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability and/or death to attendee. Attendees understand that the risk of becoming exposed or infected by COVID-19 at the ACPA event may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues or others with whom they have contact. Accordingly, attendee understands and agrees that by attending the event, attendees releases any claims based on the actions, omissions or negligence of the ACPA, its executives, employees, agents, and representatives, if a COVID-19 infection occurs as a result of participation in the ACPA event.

In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at Pipe School 2022, each attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented by ACPA, the meeting venue and any state, local or federal jurisdictions, including, but not limited to the strong recommendation that all attendees wear masks and maintain social distancing requirements.
All attendees must sign the below before being allowed to participate in the 2022 Pipe School. If you do not sign it electronically below, you will be required to sign it when registering upon your arrival.
