Professional Development Hours (PDHs)
In order to obtain a PDH for an individual course, attendees must fill out the evaluation and self-report they attended the course long enough to earn a PDH. Please see the below in reference to the responsibility of the attendee to self-report a PDH:
In order to obtain a PDH, attendees need to self-report their attendance after each class. After reported, the ACPA will verify the class records before issuing the PDH. Those found out-of-compliance will not receive a PDH for the course and risk not receiving any PDHs from Pipe School.
Survey Responses are Anonymous
If you are self-declaring for a PDH, you are required to enter in your name and email. Even though you are entering in your information, your evaluation results will remain anonymous to the presenter. The name and email is only used to properly attribute the PDH to you.
