He currently serves as Senior Manager – Technical Marketing for Concrete Pipe & Precast\, LLC (CP&P) focusing on new products\, new markets\, and providing technical resources for proper design and installation of buried precast concrete products. Hank has provided educational training throughout the Mid-Atlantic area to hundreds of specifiers\, contractors\, engineers\, and inspectors on buried drainage and pipeline installation\, inspection and acceptance. He has served on numerous committees within the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA\,) the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA\,) the Central Atlantic Precast Concrete Association (CAPCA\,) The Precast Concrete Association of Virginia (PCAV\,) and the Carolina’s Concrete Pipe & Products Association (CCPPA) assisting with specifications\, promotion\, and training. Hank earned his Civil Engineering degree from Old Dominion University.

County Materials is a full service producer of concrete pipe\, precast box culverts and other associated concrete products. \nActively involved in the concrete industry for over 40 years in marketing and production precast pipe\, box culverts and 3-sided bridge systems. \nHeld leadership positions in the Illinois Concrete Pipe Association\, Board member of National Precast Concrete Association\, founding member of the Derby City Chapter-ASHE and currently Indiana State Director of IKO Concrete Pipe Association. \nMarried to Martha\, a real estate broker\, they have 2 grown sons\, Patrick and Andrew\, who have blessed them a with granddaughter Journey and grandson Oliver. \nJohn Susong\nJohn Susong has been with Rinker Materials for 23 years\, holding roles as a technical resource engineer\, account manager\, sales manager and general manager. Currently\, John is the Northeast Region Product Resources Manager for Rinker Materials. He is responsible for 7 different technical committees in multiple industry sectors including the two packaging committees in ASTM. He also is in charge of maintaining and updating a number of the tools used by ASTM’s membership.

He is a transformative leader with 25 years of experience in government administration\, project management\, and infrastructure innovation with an emphasis on creating value\, strengthening communities\, and leading with a purpose. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech\, a Master’s degree in City Planning from Clemson University\, and a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Georgia. He has a passion for building infrastructure that started as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali\, West Africa. \n  \n \nSenator Ray Scott\nSenator Scott is committed to promoting faith\, liberty and the values of our Founding Fathers. At the State Capitol\, Senator Scott works to reduce job-killing regulations that stifle growth\, oppose new taxes on Colorado’s middle class families\, and fights to prioritize funding for safer roads and bridges in our state.  When not at the Capitol or managing one of his three businesses\, Senator Scott enjoys fly-fishing and spending time with his family. \n  \nMichael Lee\nMichael currently serves the AGC of Texas as the East Texas Area Manager. Prior to his work at AGC\, Michael retired from TxDOT as the Director of Engineering and Safety Operations where he oversaw and coordinated TxDOT’s engineering operations for the Bridge\, Construction\, Design\, Maintenance\, Materials and Tests\, and Traffic Safety Divisions. \nMichael’s 24-year career at TxDOT began in 1997 as an engineering assistant in the Atlanta District. He rose through the ranks in the northeast portion of the state including the Lufkin and Paris districts before being appointed the Director of the Maintenance Division in 2014. In that role\, Michael oversaw TxDOT’s statewide emergency response to Hurricane Harvey in 2017. \nMichael is a 1988 graduate of Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering. \nJim Pappas\nReceived Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Environmental Sustainability from Wilmington University.\nWorked for Delaware Department of Transportation for over 29 years.\nMajority of the time was in pavement and materials engineering then as Assistant Director of Performance Management\, Deputy Director of Operations and Support\, and current role as Division Director of newly formed Division of Transportation Resiliency & Sustainability
