Hotel Policies (set by the Sheraton)
Reservation Deposit – All reservation requests will require a valid major credit card, within 7 days after the guestroom is confirmed by the Hotel (but no later than the Cut-off date, January 18, 2026). Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than 48 hours prior to arrival. After 48 hours, a 1-night room and tax fee will apply.
Early Departure Fee– In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within Group’s Room Block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of Seventy-Five Dollars
($ 75.00) will be charged to that guest’s individual credit card account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. Any early departure fees will be waived in the event of an emergency.
