Have an idea for the Poster Session?

**FOR ACPA MEMBERS ONLY**

Have an idea for the Pipe School’s Poster Session?

To have a successful session, we are looking for participants interested in helping to develop a poster. At this point, we are looking for volunteers and poster topics by November 30. In due time, we will ask for photos and information, and we will help make the poster preparation simple and convenient.

  • Project Case Studies – An illustration of a project of significance. This could be anything from small diameter to large diameter pipe, a special design, a box, or a microtunnel. It could even be illustration of your company’s clutch effort to come through for a client.
  • Technical Concept – A brief explanation of a technical or promotional concept with regional or national significance. For example, Resiliency, Wifldfire Risk, ASTM C1840 / AASHTO Guide Spec for Highway Construction, or a specification change.
  • Government Relations – Featuring some type of important legislative topic, such as Open Competition, South Carolina’s relationship with their Transportation Commission, etc.
  • DOT / Agency Topic – Does one of your guests have a topic that they wish to showcase in a poster? DOT engineers have participated in past poster sessions and we are looking extend that into this year.
  • Stunning or Interesting Photographs – Do you have an incredible photo that is worth “a thousands words?” A photo that tells a story, makes a point, or stops an engineer in her or his tracks? This photo could illustrate a laborer operating a jumping jack, concrete pipe replacing plastic pipe, buoyancy, resiliency, etc.

Simply submit your idea to the form and we will reach out to you shortly thereafter.

Thank you!
