Speaker Bio:
Frederick J. Ring III has over 25 years of engineering experience, six years with local government and private consulting. The last 19 years with NYS DOT Office of Structures, 15 years designing bridges and 4 years load rating highway structures. Mr. Ring is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a Registered Professional Engineer in NYS.
