In this course you will have the opportunity to define your individual value sets to increase self-awareness and authenticity, learn leadership skills to build trust and develop high-performing, resilient teams, employ empathetic listening behaviors to value people and enhance relationships, use coaching skills to increase problem-solving and team member growth and develop recognition and celebration practices to encourage desired behaviors.
