Presentation Description
This class will give a basic overview of the differences between rigid and flexible pipe. We will then move into a detailed description of each of the most common thermoplastic pipe products on the market today along with the manufacturer’s recommendations and ASTM requirements for installation. We will also discuss other significant considerations about the use of thermoplastic pipes.
Speaker Bio
Don has over 38 years of experience in the precast industry as a quality control manager, production engineer, design engineer, engineering manager and chief operating officer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Cincinnati and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio. Don is the Great Lakes Region Engineer for the American Concrete Pipe Association.
