The Vibro-Mac® is ideal for producers needing a versatile system to make products and shapes such as elliptical, arch, round, pre-bed, jacking and PVC protective-lined pipe, box culverts and manhole products. Steel end ring, tongue and groove, profile gasket, confined O-Ring, bevel, and big bell R-4 pipe can also be produced on one or more of the machine’s stations. Available in three sizes, the machine can be configured for multi-station operation; different shapes or sizes can be made alternately. The Vibro-Mac can be outfitted with a flat dual conveyor or inclined conveyor with computerized tracking. Attachments may be either cores strip or form strip, with electric or hydraulic vibration. Machines can be installed at floor level or in a pit.
Producers that currently produce box culverts, or are considering adding them to their product line, will appreciate Besser Rubber Gasketed Adjustable Box Culvert Equipment. Producers can increase and decrease the size of the form to produce a wide range of product sizes to meet market requirements. Reducing inventory of forms, producing products to exact dimensions and improving employee safety during the production process are significant benefits of using Besser forms for producing box culverts. Several variations of Adjustable Rubber Gasketed Box Culvert Form Equipment are available. Adjustable pallet assemblies, in sizes ranging from 4′ x 2′ through 12′ x 12′, (special sizes are available upon request), for rubber gasket joints. Additionally, Besser provides rise adjustable molds and solid cores for producers using dry cast egg laying.
