February 2, 2022 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm UTC+0

Presentation Description
The seven major durability concerns of concrete pipe will be discussed, including freeze-thaw, velocity-abrasion, acids, sulfates, chlorides, alkali-silica reaction, and cracking. Their potential impact on service life will be addressed, and appropriate mitigation procedures provided where necessary. It will be shown that properly-designed concrete pipe is highly durable under virtually any conceivable conditions.
