Embedded within the Pipe School, the Pipe Show is a three-day event that brings together leaders of the concrete pipe industry, as well as vendors and partners. Exhibiting at the Pipe Show puts you at the heart of the industry’s premier training event and exposes you to hundreds of leaders, future leaders, and decision makers of the ACPA’s member companies.
To help keep traffic flowing and the energy high at the event, the Pipe Show includes food and beverage during the evening exhibit hours.

SUITCASING POLICY
The American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA) strictly enforces a no-suitcasing policy at the Pipe Show. Non-exhibiting associate members or potential associate members are not permitted to attend the show for the purpose of soliciting or selling their products or services. All attending associates must either register as exhibitors or purchase a valid pass to the Pipe School. This policy ensures a fair and professional environment for all participants.
ACPA Leadership Summit
The ACPA will host its annual Leadership Summit during Pipe Show, where top leaders from our producing member organizations will discuss industry trends and activities. As an added benefit, Pipe Show exhibitors will have the opportunity to network with the attending leaders at a private reception following the Summit.

NOTE: Additional Pipe Show-only or full Pipe School passes can be purchased separately. To be eligible for a Pipe Show booth, you must first be an ACPA Associate Member. To become an Associate Member, please visit concretepipe.org/associate to learn more and submit your application.
Register to Exhibit
To exhibit at the Pipe Show, please complete the registration form. Once registered, the ACPA will contact you regarding payment. Booths are not secured until your final payment is received. We expect to sell out the Pipe Show, so please do not delay if you are interested.
Booth Selection Process
ACPA’s 2026 sponsors are given preference for the booth selection process. Sponsors are grouped by level (Diamond, Platinum, Gold, & Silver), and a random drawing within each level determines the booth selection order. Exhibitors who are not annual sponsors or have unpaid booth invoices will be included in a separate drawing after the sponsor’s drawing. Once the selection order is set, the ACPA will reach out to the specified contact to select your booth from the remaining locations. The booth selection process will begin shortly after the December 31st deadline.
**Booth selection is not available until the booth is paid in full for both sponsors and non-sponsors.**

Pipe School is the American Concrete Pipe Association (ACPA)’s annual event where members, DOTs, consulting engineers, subject matter experts, and other industry personnel get together to discuss, learn, and engage with one another.
