Presentation Description
Obtaining useful specifications requires building relationships with specifiers and it calls for great effort and attention by our industry members. This presentation will provide examples of how different state associations have successfully engaged specifiers through a systematic approach, making plans, topics to cover, materials to provide, how to make teams, and finally how to execute the plan.
