Speaker Bios:

Scott Russell is an experienced business professional servicing the concrete products sector. As the residing President for Topwerk Services based out of Burlington, Ontario-his responsibilities are to promote and grow each of the 4 product houses under the Topwerk GmbH portfolio in Canada. With stout focus on transparency and integrity his interactions with customers and staff are built on listening, true understanding, and swift implementation. He resides in East Gwillimbury, Ontario and enjoys cooking and spending time outdoors with his wife and young son

John has had 17 years’ experience in Safety and Health, primarily in the construction industry. He joined County Materials Corporation in 2019. He makes his home base in Marshfield, Wisconsin. John is an avid Green Bay Packer fan. John went to University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where he received his bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety. John has been married to his wife Kimberly for 11 years. She owns and operates a dog boarding business out of their home since 2019. John and Kimberly have two children, Brigs 10, and Raegan 8. They both enjoy watching them place sports, specifically competitive swimming and softball.
