I am married; my wife Karisa is fantastic. We have three wonderful kids (11, 8, 5), three good dogs, and a cat, who’s just okay. I enjoy lifting in the mornings, my children’s sporting events, and I have recently taken up the game of golf; I’m horrible. I say that honestly, with no false modesty.
I have grown up on production floors, most of that time in our family business. When I was 7, I would go to work with my Dad on the weekends. He would let me play in the factory while he caught up on work. I came back dirty, but learning and exploring the family business from the start. At 15, I started working on the floor during summers. After attending Purdue, I quickly found my way back to Press-Seal and, in 2007, returned to stay. I have focused on the operations side of the business during my time at Press-Seal and worked with our team to do multiple vertical integrations managing various production departments, purchasing, and operations as a whole. In March 2020, I took on the role of CEO. I enjoy my role as CEO immensely, the team I lead, and the growth we have experienced are fantastic. I am at my best at work when I get to be the kid playing in the back of his family’s rubber factory.
