The percentage of culvert failures are significantly on the rise each year bringing environmental and economic hardships to Oregon’s local communities.

Speaker Bio:
Robert Trevis, PE is the Senior Culvert Hydraulic Engineer at the Oregon Department of Transportation. He is a Professional Engineer in the State of Oregon with more than 20 years of experience in hydraulic engineering and developed ODOT’s culvert inspection program. Robert administers both the culvert inspection program and the culvert-funding program for project inclusion into ODOT’s State Transportation Improvement Plan. His other responsibilities include technical expertise for culvert design, trenchless rehabilitation technologies, and design standards.
