The world is changing, and nowhere is this more evident than in the construction and manufacturing industry. The way our profession is perceived and the way we perceive the world has changed dramatically in the last 30 years. In this presentation, Jason Allen will explain the most popular cognitive biases and how they can shape the way we are viewed and the way we view the world around us. Jason will also discuss how cognitive biases and shifting paradigms can be used to our advantage in moving our industry forward.
Speaker Bio:
Jason Allen is an engineer. He likes to be the center of attention. Sometimes he is funny, and sometimes he is serious. You never really know what you are going to get. Is it worth rolling the dice to see which Jason will show up? I don’t know, but I think it’s worth a shot.
