Bid Questions – Are You Monitoring Them?

In Wisconsin, over a 6-month period, 29 projects had the pipe type questioned just weeks before bids were open with 17 projects being changed. Many more would have been changed if not for the proactive actions taken. In addition, other actions slowed the requests dramatically.
The goal of this poster is to teach awareness of proposed pipe type changes at bid opening and suggestions for addressing the requests.
